Abstract: 
Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) is one of the complications experienced by those undergoing controlled ovarian stimulation for in vitro fertilization (IVF) and embryo transfer (ET). Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) is a rare complication and even rarer among the egg donors whose cycle completes after egg harvest without further exposure to either luteinizing hormone or Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin (HCG) for luteal phase support all of which precipitate or worsen evolving OHSS. In this case report, we describe a 22 year old single nullipara who developed moderate grade of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome while undergoing controlled ovarian stimulation for egg donation for IVF and ET that had successful conservative care.
